Matchmaking failed Solo/Coop Bf2042

Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu
In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? Solo/Coop Conquest and Breakthough

On which server did this happen? Solo/coop

Summarize your bug Matchmaking failed on solo/coop
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try to play solo/coop in breakthough or conquest
What happens when the bug occurs? states matchmaking failed with long error code (will attach in screenshot)
What should be happening instead? Allow me to play solo/coop

When going to play solo/coop in breakthough or conquest it does not allow me, stating matchmaking failed.

Game is default settings (fresh install) I am fully up to date on all drivers.

Yes I have restarted my machine.

Network settings are normal, no VPN and Firewall is disabled. Normal Multiplayer and Every other game works fine.

    @varkasi2 not resolved.

    Exe file version 1.0.278.83 Updated to latest nvidia drivers for 4090.

    Haven't played it for a couple of months.

    I cleared my download cache:

    Clear Your Cache on Steam

    1. Start the Steam app
    2. Click on the “Settings” menu in the top left corner
    3. Select the “Downloads” tab
    4. Click on the “Clear Download Cache” button on the bottom
    5. Confirm by clicking “OK“

    Clear Your Cache on Origin

    1. Start the EA Desktop app
    2. Click on the three dashes button in the top left corner
    3. Select “Help” feature
    4. Click on “App Recovery” option
    5. Select “Clear Cache” option

    Then Origin offered me the latest BF2042 update (which I had heard on YouTube was out but it hadn't offered me for the past 2 days).
    I then downloaded and installed the latest update.
