Matchmaking Problems lets collect information

After reading several times about this problem in several threads here in the forum, it seems to me more and more that there are some issues with the matchmaking in some regions or with some ISP. So...

I'm getting the same thing.  It doesn't matter what I try to play, even solo play kicks me out with 'Matchmaking failed' and an error code.

Turns out it was due to my game not having the latest version (a new patch came out I guess).  I couldn't get the EA App to update the game no matter what I did.  So I closed it and opened Origin.  It auto detected the game was installed and updated it, now I'm up and running....and the EA App is supposed to replace Origin?  ...yeah right...

    @void269 yes, it seems to be the plan that the EA App will replace origin. But if you bought the game on Steam, you need still origin, the beta of the EA App is not working together with steam. And if you using the EA App, you need to close it before you can start the game on Steam.
