Tried:
Restarting game multiple times.
Launched different gamemode, canceled search and trying different mode again.
Disabeled cross-play.
(on PC btw)
i reinstalled this game two weeks ago due to not connecting to servers... after reinstall the game it worked again. havent played the game in 2 weeks... loaded game up and same crap again. sits there and times out trying to find a game to connect to. dont know how this game breaks itself. this bf2042 only game i have issues with.

Community Manageri just hit repair game and it downloaded like 34 gb... then it does the same thing it always does after i try to "repair" it constantly keeps going back to saying game needs to be updated. hit the update button again and just goes to "finalizing" and then when its done it says game needs to be updated again... something broken with this ea app and game. i do not have this issue with any other game i have. edit: i was going to uninstall the ea app then reinstall it but there was a repair button for that so i hit that and now i can run game and it seems to connect again. so its fixed for now. dont know why its doing this.
