I've seen some cases where it takes a bit for the bonus content to pop up in-game.
If you still aren't seeing any of the bonuses since the last time you logged in, I'd recommend getting in touch with the EA Help team so they can take a look. You can find more details on how to reach them at the EA Help website. You can also speak with them over Twitter or Facebook instead, if you'd rather.

Thanks for following up.I'm afraid that missing items aren't something we can help with here on Answers HQ. The EA Help team should have the tools to look into that or point you in the right direction. I can only recommend reaching back out to them to see if there's anything they can do to help with the missing content.
- 4 years ago@EA_Kent I reached out to them, As well as multiple agents. They said that the account received the content (but I don't have it) and there is nothing they can do. they suggested I create a bug report (So I did), however its been two weeks with no response and no content has yet been received. So the people that didn't get the pre-order content are SOL?
