Mouse sensitivity really strange only when moving left and right

My mouse once in a match and in every match i play its really sluggish and when i am in the menu its fine. I dont have a controller plugged in either since it feels like its registering my mouse as a controller. when moving the mouse left and right , it feels like i move my mouse faster then the player camera and the sensitivity slider doesnt fix it.

I run the game on windows 10.

So far I have done:

-Clear origin and game cache (told by EA help to do so)

-Changed sensitivity around

- verify files

-turned vsync off

-changed moniter hz

-turn off origin in-game overlay thing

-changed graphics about

-changed settings back to default in razer synaps
