    @FrankDaSkank test with a lower Hz setting. Set at 500Hz instead of 1000 Hz settings at your mouse, check if this solve your problem !

Anything between your mouse and the PC? I had a similar issue a while back because of a bad KVM switch.

If not, I suggest you provide more details about your setup - brand of mouse, etc.

    I have a hyper x alloy keyboard and a Logitech g pro superlight mouse

      @FrankDaSkank test with a lower Hz setting. Set at 500Hz instead of 1000 Hz settings at your mouse, check if this solve your problem !
