Greetings, I tried buying 1000 BFC from the store in order to get the premium battle pass. Payment method was PayPal. I was billed twice and did not receive the BFC. Hoping for assistance.
@Suhinah Probably best to contact EA Help first/as well so they can take a look and issue a refund if you have been double charged.
