That does sound frustrating. The EA support team can check on your case for you to ensure it is indeed in the right queue to reach the Terms of Service team ( Regarding issues related to the ban.)
You can contact them at: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ . Please have your case number handy, and an advisor will review your case as soon as you contact them directly.
