My account appeal has been over a month and there is still no reply.
My account was appealed in August, and I was told in an email that I only needed to wait 10 days for the review, but until today I am still waiting, which forces me to divert my attention to seek customer service or anyone who can help me. For a whole month, I kept checking my mailbox hoping to a response, but a month has passed and no message has been sent.so I need help.

That does sound frustrating. The EA support team can check on your case for you to ensure it is indeed in the right queue to reach the Terms of Service team ( Regarding issues related to the ban.)
