My account wrong ban

Hello, why is my account being banned for no reason? I bought it and have never used it again. Today, when I logged in to BF, I couldn't connect to the server and realized that my account was banned. Why?

    Hi @ErrorCodesLZX We can't help with bans here regrettably, you'll need to dispute it with the ToS team. If you choose the dispute option in your case history you'll be able to make an appeal.
