My ea friends have disappeared

Logged in today to play with some friends to find that they have disappeared from my ea friends list. I have cross play on and the game is up to date for all of us. We just played together the night ...

    I have since found a solution. I uninstalled the game completely but that didn't work. I switched xplay on and off a of couple times and it magically came back. Not sure what I really did or how it was fixed but it's back to normal now. Maybe it just worked for me but worth the try.
