When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) every time iv played the game, so almost every day now

What should be happening instead? I should be able to play the game without game breaking bugs.
I thought it could be the controller input triggering or something while not in a vehicle, but I relaunched without the controller plugged in and still had the issue. I have scoured many forums and tried so many things from messing with overlays, resetting save data, verifying, reinstalling, closing all background apps, so I'm at a complete loss. This has been an issue for me since before 4.0.
