I have the same problem, after several days of not playing the game, about a week, I came back online and my social tab says 0.
I've played hundreds of hours of this game and its the first time its happened, no idea why. Please also see my screenshots to prove this.
I am in the Australian region. Any assistance will be of great help please, I'd like to play with my friends.
I have the same problem. Worked under origin app, but not EA. I don't run anti-virus apart from the built in defender.
