None of my mastery levels are working, not for the specialists, not for the main guns, not for secondary weapons, not for gadgets, absolutely none of them work. It doesn't matter what server i play or what region i'm in, it doesn't matter what game type. It's been like this since season 2, i thought a patch would have been made for the following seasons but still nothing has happened to fix this. Any idea on when a solution will be made to fix this?
Hi @Wwizlock Haven't heard many reports about this so it doesn't seem to be a widespread problem needing patching.
Can you give any examples of the problem? Like taking a screenshot of a weapon, then playing a full match of regular All Out War with them, and then another screenshot of the weapon counter after the match.

I can't get the 'print screen' option to work in bf2042 and from what i'm reading there isn't a standard option for screenshots. So if you could tell me how to get a screen shot i'll do that but you should be aware that the screenshots will be identical because none of the kills are counting towards the gun mastery, same with specialist and gadgets. For example healing or reviving with falck the levels don't change, shooting with guns the levels don't change. It's been going since season two as i stated in my first comment and i've just come to terms with the fact that i won't be able to level anything up, which is a little annoying.

Thanks again for the info, i haven't contacted EA help yet because when i was searching for answers there were a lot of posts on the forums about people having the same issue but some of them were only having problems with certain guns or certain specialists, i couldn't find any posts where it affected all guns and all specialists and that's why i posted i thought maybe those people may have gotten a solution that may work for me as well.
