No sound from other players VOIP

I tested with my friend. He is playing with Playstation. I am playing with a PC. So, here is the problem. He hears me, but I can not hear him. Also, I can not hear any other player.

    I do not know how but the problem resolved by itself after a day. we have no communication problem. @EA_Atic

Hi @Waffles279, is the correct audio device set as default windows sound and communication device?

Would this be the problem if we hear all other game audio fine, just not voice chat?
