Noticeable Input Lag on PS4

I play both the PS5 and PS4 versions of this game and the input lag on the PS4 one is really bad.

I posted about this last week but it seems to have been removed. Maybe because I included a link to TBag's video on it?

I have tried this on our PS4 Pro and my brother in law noticed it on the base PS4 without me saying anything. 

We've tried changing some of the controller settings but I'm not sure if there's anything we can do?
