Orbital Rocket Launch

The big rocket on Orbital launches too soon, basically at the start of every match which makes it almost impossible for a tornado to have a chance of hitting it creating the big levolution explosion event. It's been like this ever since the Orbital rework and it doesn't seem intended. I hope you guys will tweak it a bit so we can have a chance of experiencing the big event :)
