Most of the time this error is done by to high cpu mhz / voltages.
Youre system will run probarly stock at 5500Mhz , clock it down to 5300Mhz.
Now set vcore as a FIXED VCORE , and set manually voltage at 1.28 Volt.
Save and exit , shutdown PC, dispatch power cable and now hold down power button from pc for about 10 seconds.
Boot up PC, windows will CFG it self. Now reboot again and test game !
Update us please (ps i will post screenshot for REBAR..) Into bios SETTINGS / IO PORTTS

Ya could use INTEL EXTREME UTILITY to downclock cpu.
But in bios , check pictures below:Set at 53 or 52 , need to test it.

Select here 1.280V <-- ya could play with it , a little lower or higher. All at youre OWN risk !!!

I do have a few more questions tho. Can I now safely update my Nvidia drivers to the latest version or should I stay with the one that I have now?
And are these the best bios settings for the best performance in-game?
@Not_Ukyuri Yes ya could update all drivers as before !
It seems i9 13900... got some issues with oc (mhz and volts) and bf2042.
Temps rocking sky high with those CPU cores/threads. 90+ easy done
Also if cool block/fan is not screwed correctly (to ticght or even not) to the cpu and socket.
Lga1700 is known to bend cpu/socket/motherboard. (The ILM does bend parts)
Good ya are able to game again, GAME ON !!!ps settings in bios are ok for game, ya could enable RESIZEABLE BAR , for just some more fps !
Also in game settings can give some more FPS.For more pc performance during game, run minimal backgrounds app ! Shut / disable those ya dont use, or do a cleanboot to make sure most backgrounds app are disabled.
Also app that boot with windows , disable them , use REVOUNINSTALLER , goto TOOLS , and select AUTO RUN MANAGER disable (uncheck as much as possible).
(make sure to run REVOUNINSTALLER as an administrator)
