Packet Loss IN on Brazilian server (AWS sa-east-1)

Hello EA team,

I'm experiencing consistent “packet loss: IN” while playing on Brazilian Battlefield 2042 servers.

The game connects me to the IP 18.230.23.73, which resolves to a server hosted in AWS sa-east-1 (São Paulo). I get low ping (20–30ms), but persistent packet loss that ruins the match experience.

I’ve tested with PingPlotter and confirmed:
- Route is stable until IX.br (Rio de Janeiro).
- At the final hop (the server), 100% packet loss appears (likely due to ICMP block), but this matches the in-game issue.
