Thanks for attaching the DXDIAG straight away. It helps.
Take a look at the Diagnostics section at the bottom of the report. There is a lot of detail there in Spanish that I cannot make out. However, it may help point you in the right direction.
Also, make sure the speed you have set for memory in BIOS is supported by your CPU.
