[PC] Voice comm not working

Okay - to be specific:

I can hear other players voice chat, regardless of platform they are on.  

Game audio works fine.  

Microphone works fine in every single other application or game I've used it in.  

Audio settings are correctly set in-game.  

Other input devices are turned off in Windows.  

EA has no useful information in their help system.  Creating a ticket with EA Help is pointless, not to mention I can't find where to do that anymore.  (Poked around on help.ea.com this morning for about an hour) 

Any suggestions?
