Performance issue, why can't I get a refund
I haven't played 2042 since the release of Patch 3.1 and even before that was only playing Solo as I couldn't go on servers as my fps will drop down to around 30 - 40 fps making it unplayable.

Yeah I saw that, i bought in Origin so currently awaiting a reply for another Refund request, I'm (wish i didn't need too) hoping that EA will realise how bad this game is now steam has observed that it is indeed broken.
EA will need to take the same approach as Anthem and refund as this has to be one of the (if not top) shadeist underhanded thing this company has ever done, absolutely disgusting: Fraud, theft, interest created from stolen payment through false advertising. Appallingly
