Performance issue, why can't I get a refund
I haven't played 2042 since the release of Patch 3.1 and even before that was only playing Solo as I couldn't go on servers as my fps will drop down to around 30 - 40 fps making it unplayable.

@EA_Atic When I go into 2042 in any server with other players my FPS very rarely hits 60 with all settings at low, if there is any action it goes down to 30 to 40 FPS, I have a 350MB Fiber Optic connection.
I have tried to get a refund stating that the game is unplayable except in solo where even then I still only (barely) get 60 FPS, and with the clear indication from DICE that there is no set implementation date for a PC optimization fix I have spent £79.99 for a game that works barely in solo.
I haven't even touched this game since Patch 3.1 as there is no point as it is unplayable
