Performance issue, why can't I get a refund

I haven't played 2042 since the release of Patch 3.1 and even before that was only playing Solo as I couldn't go on servers as my fps will drop down to around 30 - 40 fps making it unplayable. I h...

@Th3-Abacus i payed full price for the * game too.

Now they are selling it cheap. i wonder should i claim visa -company about faulty product ?

I would, if you can get a refund do it, i would if i could but trusted EA and bought via origin, bad idea
