Performance Issues
I have a RTX 3070 and intel i711700 and game runs like crap. When I played early access open beta I had 140 FPS, I now have 60-80 FPS on lowest graphics... fix ASAP!

NVIDIA RTX 2080 with 8 GB VRAM
32 GB DDR4 RAM

Game runs fine in any other mode, consistently getting well above my refresh rate of 75 Hz. it's specifically All-Out War that causes issues. My system is pretty good, processor is a little behind the curve at this point (though not by much) but if I can run the other modes above my refresh rate then there's no reason for me to run All-Out War below my refresh rate. Just wanted to post this for developer posterity, throwing my statistics in the pile so they know it's in dire need of optimization.
