Summarize your bug When a teammate is down and against a wall/object you may not be able to revive them, this happens with both squad and other teammates. Even if you reposition both your player and mouse you still won't be able to revive. The "E Revive" popup doesn't appear as well.
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? If someone goes down against a wall or an object you may not be able to revive them, try doing this yourself, it may not happen the first couple of times but I bet it will happen.
What happens when the bug occurs? You are unable to revive them from the down state.
What should be happening instead? The player being able to revive friendlies.
