I'm sorry to say that there isn’t much help we can give for bans here. The only people who handle them are the Terms of Service team. You can make an appeal with the ToS team, and I've linked a guide below that has the webform.

If you can't use the webform since then ban isn't appearing in your Penalty History, the "Contact Us" button at the end of the guide should put you in touch with EA Help. You should also be able to use the webform link shown in your screenshot.
Also, while I don't know the reason for the ban, I doubt it's due to playing against bots. I basically unlocked all weapon attachments and completed every season pass challenge using them, as did many other people, and I've never been banned. The ability to do this while playing against bots is also a game feature.
