Portal removes `full xp` labels when you enter Script Editor at least once

Once you visit Rule Editor in portal console and press "save" - game gets status "Custom Logic" that cannot be removed without deleting whole configuration and recreating it.

`Custom Logic` badge removes `Full Xp` feature. And Rule Editor has no button "RESET TO DEFAULT" too. Even if you remove anything from blueprint - game still has `Custom Logic Badge`
