can you please reset portal servers they are bugged and admins cant close them, you also cant join servers with 0 people as gets a global servers error, please fix dont want to lose my 2x exp weekend

1 player as over 30 of the same server experience running and we cant start 1 "Global Game Quota Exceeded"
When I join a portal server today I'm lagging and its unplayable, when I join a normal server from the conquest like close quarters its fine no lag working as it should.
please, do something! reset the portal servers and stop people making/spamming lots of the same server please.
I was able to start my own server after doing this.
Go To
Local Disk/Users/"your user"/AppData/Local/BattlefieldGameData.kin-release/cache
Clear all files in the folder, restart game and then launch your server,

Unfortunately, the problem comes from the server. No file on your computer can solve this problem. You were simply lucky enough to create your server 😃
The cache you are referring to is where DirectX 12 stores shaders that have already been compiled and optimized for your hardware. This avoids having to recompile the shaders every time the game is launched.
Until a solution is found, the current technique is to spam > "HOST SERVER".
Many players encounter this problem on consoles and PC.
