I have the same problem. I got the promotional message on my PS4 so I bought the Premium Battle Pass for 1000 BFC, however I never got the 20-tier upgrade. I feel cheated out of $10 as those 20 extra tiers were primarily the reason I purchased the upgrade.
That's why I posted here, because it is not mentioned in the store, this is really misleading and frustrating, as with the tier skip included I would definetely buy it. There has been a rather similar issue with the Ultimate bundle, and the official response was that it was not mentioned in the store, so why would it include it. I don't understand the promo message then, as there is no discount clearly.

Just to confirm a few things; do you both play BF2042 on 1 (one) platform only, or multiple platforms?
Follow-up question; I assume that you do not have the Premium Battle Pass yet, right?Thank you for your reply and attention to this matter. I only play on PS4 and I have premium now because I specifically saw the promotional message saying that you’ll get 20 tiers for 1000 BFC.
