Problem in Battlefield 2042 Elite Edition

I am facing a really annoying problem, I bought Battlefield 2042 Elite Edition and I was supposed to get special outfits from previous seasons and for vehicles and weapons but what I got was unlocking some things that I can unlock by playing and Only the pliers badge, I shouldn't have bought it in the first place.

I contacted support but did not get an answer and I followed all instructions

I've been playing for a long time and I'm now level 28.

Try playing a full round of multiplayer and don't quit until the match ends - sometimes the awards server needs a little nudge to sync.

If that doesn't work, then if you pop up a list of what you're missing, I'll be happy to take a closer look.
