Problem with battlefield 2042 elite edition

I recently purchased the Battlefield 2042 Elite Edition on Steam. I did not receive the items that are included in the Elite Edition

The reason why I'm asking for some examples is because some items need to be claimed and others require challenges to be completed before they unlock. If you can give some examples, I can check.
