PS4 - Long loading screens and constant crashing

Question

As title, can't get into a game at all. At most I can get to the main menu after about 10 minutes of waiting.

Tried de-powering for 20 minutes (with plug removed), reinstalling, rebuilding the ps4 database.

@justKdm&nbsp;&nbsp;Could you try to power cycle the console and see if that helps.&nbsp;

Power cycle the PlayStation console

Completely turn off the PlayStation by holding the power button.
Wait for the power light to stop flashing, remove the power cable and leave the system for 20 minutes.
Reconnect and attempt to launch Safe Mode.

Also is the game on internal drive or external drive?&nbsp;
