I haven't played in months but just tried to and now my PS4 controller is not recognized by the game no matter what I do. Battlefield 2042 no longer lets me use DS for windows cause it says it's a cheating program. How am I supposed to play with my controller? I can't use Xbox because the joysticks are in the weird positions
It worked fine for me too when I ran the EA app through Steam as a non-Steam game. After a few months, I felt like playing again so I installed the needed updates, now nothing is working at all. I tried DS4windows, but it isn't allowed to be used for some reason? Literally have never seen that error before, why would that be disallowed?
Tried reinstalling EA app. Can't get it to work. Leave it to EA to find a way to make things annoying. What modern game doesn't have support for PS4 controllers? I buy indie games for $20 that work with a PS4 controller flawlessly. Seriously EA, what is wrong with your company?
