PS4/PS5 "Something Went Wrong" SSL Connect error/WV-33910-6

Hi, having trouble connecting to 2042 serves as I’m getting a white screen with the error code 

appearing in the corner reading

Error: 0x00000023

SslError: 0x00000000

Ssl connect error

Apparently it’s occurring on FIFA and NFS games too.

my other accounts actually load battlefield but my main account does not. 
Also getting a PS error code: WV-109156-2 which has no information online about what’s wrong.

On PS5 cold restart fixed the Problem.
Hold power button till it beeps to shutdown.
Wait till PS is completly shut down (LEDs out)
Disconnect power for 2 minutes.
Plug in power and start.
