PS5 game has become corrupted or unplayable

SO i was able to get in a match or two on circle of hell but every other game i would skip so bad the frames were 1 frame per 10 seconds.  Now, I cant even start the game. It shows the title screen then goes to 1 frame every 10 or more seconds and it will time out trying to connect.  I have deleted the game, resintalled it. I have also cleared the cache and rebuilt the database. I did do those steps in that order, if that makes a difference.

I have well over 700 hours on the game and ive never had an issue till about 3 days ago, i would really like to be able to play again so any help would be greatly appreciated.
