Random Cpu drop causing fps drop - map and/or alt tab releated

My pc generally pushes out 144fps 4K without breaking a sweat.

Pretty much after season 4 this started happening and it's annoying that I literally have to skirt around certain building/areas on the map or for some reason my cpu drops to 10 and therefore my gpu drops to 5-10 fps.

This also happens when I alt tab to start up discord for example - not all the time but most of the time.

Quickly googling this seems to be a common thing but no one seems to have a fix.

Esp noticeable in TDM on Arica Harbor from the top of the hill cement buildings if i fly a certain path with sundance it will drop cpu, if i cross the road on foot same thing but its the second building from that single cement building as you run down the road.

It does happen on other maps but not as repeatable.

5900x, 7900xtx 64GB ram, win11, MPO disabled
7500MB/s nvme drive(s)
Cpu is usually around 50-60%, gpu is usually around 65-70% at 144fps - temps are rock solid
