Randomly no input when starting portal server with custom logic

The same is happening to me on a game mode with custom logic, the cursor didn't show up on a screenshot so I used a phone instead (see image).

I saw someone else report this issue but they were playing conquest or break through on portal:

Given that mode doesn't support the logic editor, this error is not due custom logic.
