Ranger can't parachute...dog gone

I had a trusty Ranger by my side and jumped off the cliff deploying parachute on the ice map. Ranger wouldn't/couldn't come with me. Never saw him/her again. Dog gone...So much for man's best frien...

    Yeah, and you won't be able to redeploy the ranger until you die - he just stays back where you left him. It would help, if there were an option to blow up the ranger, when you want.

@DarthFDGOnly appears while using the Commo Rose. Hold Q, then hold E. Make sure Ranger isn't right next to you, unless it's funny.

Also, Ranger is supposed to be able to follow you off tall spots with its own parachute.
