@Devilocked did ya check windows with the elevated CMD command and use -> sfc /scannow ?
post dxdiag also please
press Windows key + R, typ CMD , now hold down CTRL+SHIFT and press ENTER.
At UAC ya select YES , now typ in this command: SFC /SCANNOW
Reboot system and repeat this again till there is no error.
Test game
i did the scan multiple times, but each time it said there was corrupt files. attached the dxdiag
i do see multiple errors that need to be fixed.
I see a steam error and a vsync error. (blue screen errors need to be fixed, sometimes ya need a fresh/new reinstall of windows for this!!!!)
If ya use sfc /scannow , even after a clean reboot (no game played ect ect) ya still get errors ? please post a screenshot of it!
Did play bf2042 beforw without thoose errors?
With DDU ya could uninstall/delete graphics driver completely.
But ya need to dit it in a safe (boot) mode.
Also make sure ya pre downloaded fresh/new/update driver first.
Start in safe mode, delete / uninstall gpu driver.
Boot system without any internet connection , now install new driver.
Reboot again, enable network and test game.

Any other options ive done this and no problems or updates. I have uninstalled the game as well .
