Not sure if DICE is aware, but this bug happens way more on portal servers, so TDM and Rush are heavily affected.
Also since season 2, using equipment also triggers this bug. Using Liz's rocket once will trigger this bug and also prevent Liz from reloading her rocket. Using Crawford's stationary minigun also triggers this bug.
Problems with ADS with all weapons after landing from a parachute, overcoming obstacles with a jump.
@StormtrooperDanI can also confirm this issue! @EA_Atic ... unfortunately the bug is still present, even after the the patch 4.0!
How is still happening? Every one of these bugs.

Aaaaand the allready fixed (april patch) ADS Bug is back again 😞
The fact that this is still in the game for 1 year proves that it doesn't matter how many devs and studios you have working on your game, when everyone is incompetent.
The bug is well documented and its happening 100% of the time: Exiting a vehicle on portal maps when equipped with an AR with underbarrel grenade.
Specific, reproducible, supposedly devs are aware of it and was actually fixed 2-3 patches ago but came back. Game breaking bug, but somehow still in the game... smh.

This bug is not only on portal maps. We (me and the others I play with) also randomly get this bug on vanilla maps when exiting vehicles, also after exiting TGM-84. However its more random on vanilla maps than on portal maps. On portal maps its 100% of the times. On Vanilla maps its "random" when it happens. We have not found the last step to reproduce on vanilla maps other than just play and it will eventually happen as long as you equip grenade launcher under barrel and use vehicles or tgm a lot.
We have found that the culprit seems to be having grenade launcher under barrel equipped when entering and exiting vehicle.
The bug happens on all weapons where you can equip a launcher (m5, ak-24, sfar, sws-10...) so its easy to reproduce on portal maps.
And its been like this since launch basically as we have had this bug on and of since then.
