Same here. My level didn't reset, but all progress reset on anything that I hadn't yet tiered up.
Add me to the list. Last night I lost almost all progress: the nearly completed weekly now shows zero. Worse than that, all player cards, tags, weapon and vehicle progress is now zero or was zeroed to the last completed tier. Very frustrating. Fix that immediately and proof logs and protocols and give us back the correct numbers and achievements. Since release this is the most severe bug. In this state, it makes no sense to play further if the game permanently resets your weapon progress. I am sad. Please fix AND RESTORE fast the GAMEDATA. Thanks

This bug can't be on the second page, it's very important..
On my mind, its the most severe bug since release. Loosing progress is not funny , in no way.
@Ea are u at least investigating? Or is it a bug to ignore to the end?
It’s like talking to a brick wall sadly. I expected better from them. Getting it fixed is one thing that can take some time and I am totally fine with it. Take all the time you need, we report these because we want the game to be in a better place. But “Okay, noted. We will do further investigation and update you.” should not take this long. I am still hopeful about this getting acknowledged and fixed soon. Please, don’t make me quit on this game EA
@ShawnboElvis+1. For example, 16/30 G57 kills gone after the patch on 19th April 2022. Is EA/DICE planning to do anything to fix this? I suppose retrieving our achievements is too much trouble.
