Glowing Blue Scope!?

So... when looking at my character model in the menus, my scope is blue. I tried messing with my graphical settings, and had already restarted my game and PC twice. The scope looks fine in the gun workshop, and from a first-person perspective. It's not really that bothersome, and I kind of don't want to change the scope and fix it because it looks kind of cool. I just wanted to report it as a bug anyway since, well, I don't think this was intentional.
