This is not a great answer because this has been a reported issue for some time AND you have players that essentially can't play your game. Tossing it over to AT&T, is not good form either.
I understand that things need to be looked into, but take some responsibility for the problem. Also, because this is a major issue (you have players that are unable to play your game - in big numbers, there should be regular updates given so that players can actually see that there is investment being made in getting the issue resolved quickly.
I think we can all appreciate that things happen, but communication and an urgency in resolving the problem helps to deal with upset customers.
