Thanks for your inquiry. No it's not frustrating. Just a bit disappointing I wasn't able to play and distracting. It was fun troubleshooting. Because along the way it's a learning experience. 
 

Today is May 5th 2022 Thursday at 5:43 P.M. New York City time.

Earlier this week I was able to sign in and play the battlefield 2042 on Xbox and PlayStation.

I had noted this right away and sent this information in a email that had been sent to me with a ticket number from the trouble shooting representative.

I neglected to revisit my post any add the fact that I was able to finally sign in and play. I guess out if excitement. I just wanted to play.

However, there's still a issue. Sometimes the game still won't connect to the server. New issue, game freezes and shut down. At times I'm pick a server from the portal and after playing for a while, and die, when I respawn, my soldier won't do anything I want it to. It just stands there,and I get killed by enemies.

I was thinking maybe the admin doesn't like me killing his teammates at a rate that I do. 💪😎

Maybe, someone doesn't want me there. 👏😁

I'm not having any problems with battlefield 4 or battlefield V if any other games.

Today, I'm playing. Hopefully, I won't experience anymore issues, or experience them less often.

Now EA, how copy?

    @straitvolcano93, alright, sorry to hear that you're still having the same issue.

    Have you tried to check if you're able to connect via a mobile 3g/4g hotspot of your mobile phone for example?

    Yes I have tried 3G 4G and 5G. They were my initial connections.

    Now, what is EA doing to resolve the situation? 

    You have asked what am I doing and have done. It seems as though the problem can only be because of the players network?

    If it were only a handful of gamers having the same issue. I might think that the problem resides from them only and not EA's side. But, more that a handful are having that same issue. 

    Well, I'm thinking that your servers are requiring certain latency ratio than usual.

    So maybe the configuration in permissions needs a a look at. Somewhere between the the routing, the server and ping.

    I play other battlefield game's and yet, I'm not having a issue connecting and playing.

    Therefore, the problem or issue may not be coming from the player/gamer base. 

    When it involves networks and servers.

    I have a good understanding of how things can go wrong and how they can be resolved. I've installed and uninstalled servers in college.

    I've done assignments on installing and configuration, Windows servers and past my exams.

    My background in technology doesn't make anything I say or suggest to be right.

    However, the goal is to help and assist by looking for solutions through giving feedback as a gamer and not as a technical support/Tech specialist.

    The issue in this case is a higher tier and should be addressed sooner rather than later.

    We need documentation of everything that was done on this issue and who was responsible for this ticket to be handled? 

    What department is working in this and is it a priority? 

    We know EA and Dice work hard and is passionate about evyand anything they do for gamers.

    We respect everyone at EA and Dice.

    So let's be clear. My message here is to inform you that there is a issue. It could have been figured out and  fixed long ago by an amerture house hold tech nerd. Just for the fun of it.🕶️

    But seriously, can EA and Dice try something different other than what they have been trying?
