Same for me.
Pretty much the same experience as you had.
Was able to play some hours. Then repaired and it won't launch anymore.
Installed everything from scratch including Windows. Nothing.
Customer support is a joke.
And then I also got locked out for 24 hours when I wanted to try if it runs on my laptop.
Amazingly bad experience EA.
