    Had this same issue in Australia as well. 

    Friends will be playing Breakthrough with a half empty server and have just started. It will be a 64p with about 32 AI in the lobby. 

    If I try and join via Quick Play it does not discover the match, but instead constantly puts me in an empty server by myself. I have to join on my friends in order to get into the match.
