Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game to see if that helps? My first thought is that something could be corrupted in the game data, and a reinstall may help with that.

I have tried uninstalling and resets even replaced console. I have reset my router. Still won’t load my other battlefield games work

@EA_Kent Some of us (myself) are having essentially the same issue, but on PC.
