@Hepa85 Yes this definitely could be handled better, receiving an email 3 days before saying there is a problem with your billing is not optimal, when all we want is to download the game and play it on the 12th of November with no issues, I guess the best plan is just wait for tomorrow (for me the order is still processing, if by tomorrow mid-day its still didn't went trough) I guess what @phil0soph3r performed would be the best fix for this, just cancel the order and make sure you are not billed for it and just pre-order again on steam (seemed to be working for him). Also, I found a little bit confusing on how to get support to assist me with my issue, I try to submit a ticket, select the game, the device, report bug and there is nothing for me to write my problem...the best way to report this was via the forum which is not ideal. They should have a customer service, where I create my ticket they check and fix whatever is going on, if they have that I completely missed it, because I couldn't find it anywhere...i guess I want the only one because a lot of people came here.
