Good to hear. This means one of the things you disabled are causing this. What you now need to do is slowly re-enable your stuff again until you find the cause.
Just keep re-enabling half to eliminate half until you find it.
SOLUTION
When i enable those Nvidia options its spikes my ram in game so anyone with this issue has to disable them until they get fixed.
Those disabled just means you cant access GeForce experience or the shadow play function.This works for me but could be different with other people.To access system configuration from the taskbar, search System Configuration. Select the top result, System Configuration desktop app and go to the services tab. Make sure to check the box "Hide all Microsoft services".
