ok, still not stable, i dont get it
I set a second registry key --> TdrDelay
with value 8
default recoverytime is 2, and with 8 i seems to help, 4 rounds and no crash
and i set the debug option in the nvidia driver
- @PanzaFalk Update if it worked for you, I've been having the DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG crashes for a while now too.
@Yardenbourg Damit, today it crashes again ☹️
@NapoleonBlownApt thx for the link to the thread, tried the solutions there, i thougt i need a individual solution, but i could't find any
The Nvidia debug mode seems to be a solution, i think the debug mode forces my GPU to factory defaults and not the OC setting from Zotac. BF2042 runs stable. The debug mode was unchecked, so i got the crashes again.
And i don't know, if driver clean install, registry settings and other things are part of the solution, so try it, you can find the debug mode in den nvidia controll panel -> screen
- @PanzaFalk Ok, I'll give that a shot! I've done a clean driver install a few times, and changed the registry settings back and forth, so don't really know what else to try. I tried putting the game from Fullscreen to Borderless mode, so I'll see if that helps too. Thanks.
